  • Does BWPR do table and chair setups or layouts?
    No. Tables and chairs are entry way drop off and pick up only or stacked under tent. Tables and chairs must be cleaned and stacked for BWPR at pickup.

  • Does BWPR come out to measure my yard?
    No. The customer is responsible for measuring for the size tent they are ordering.

  • Can a pole tent be set up on cement?
    No. A pole tent can only be set up on grass. Frame tents can be setup on cement and are anchored with water barrels. This must be requested at the time of booking.

  • Do you set up tents on a beach?
    No.

  • Are your tents white?
    Yes. All tents we offer are in white.

  • Can I move the rental items to a different location?
    No. Rental items must stay at the location BWPR delivered them to.

  • Are sides included?
    No. Sides are only booked upon request for an additional fee.

  • When does BWPR deliver and pickup?
    Deliveries are on Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday or Tuesday. Other arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee, depending on availability.

  • Can I set up the tent for a cheaper price?
    No. BWPR must set up all tents.

  • Are your prices negotiable?
    No.

  • Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?
    Yes. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit does go towards the total balance. Remaining balance is due the Monday before your rental.

  • Do you rent to Air B&B or rental properties?
    No.

  • Do I need to call Miss Dig?
    BWPR will take care of contacting Miss Dig for any tent orders.

  • What if I know there's no underground lines or utilities in my yard?
    BWPR will not set up any tent without Miss Dig surveying the yard prior to setup.

  • Should I give a landline number or cell number when booking?
    Cell number. BWPR does a majority of communication and confirmation via text for your rental. If this is not possible, please let us know.

  • How much space is needed to set up a tent?
    We require an additional area of 5 feet around all tents for staking/anchoring purposes. Example: a 20x30 tent would need a total area of 30x40 to properly set up.

  • Can you set up a tent on a septic field?
    BWPR will not stake a tent on a septic field. Only frame tents can be set up on a septic field and can only be anchored with water barrels.

  • Does BWPR bring water for the water barrels?
    No. The customer must provide a hose and water source to the area where the tent will be set up.

  • Does BWPR provide the electricity for bounce houses or concessions?
    No. The customer must provide an electric source to run concessions or bounce houses.

  • Do you offer same day drop off and pick up?
    Yes. Upon request at the time of booking and for an additional fee.

  • Can I change my order?
    You can change your order up to one week before your rental, depending on item availability.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order but you will not be refunded the 20% deposit submitted at booking.

  • Can I change the date of my rental?
    Depending on BWPR date and inventory availability.

  • Can I change the delivery location of my order?
    Delivery location can be changed if BWPR is notified no later than two weeks before your rental. Depending on the new location, there may be a delivery fee added.

  • Does someone need to be there at the time of delivery?
    Yes. BWPR needs to know where the items need to be set up/dropped off and the contract must be signed.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    BWPR accepts cash, check or card but there is a 3.5% fee to run a card.
